  • Workout & Consultation, with no obligation to continue ($35).

Where?

  • Place of continuing instruction will be determined after evaluation

Cost?

$35 hour for 1 hour session per athlete or

  • 3 sessions for $95
  • 5 sessions for $150
  • 7 sessions for $190
  • 10 sessions for $250

Special rates are based on one athlete - enhance productivity inquire about multiple athlete sessions
